Media for purification of biopharmaceuticals

BioPro IEX Q/S (75 μm) is used at initial purification, capture step due to its high binding capacity in high flow rate. BioPro IEX SmartSep Q/S (10, 20, 30 μm) is then used for intermediate to final purification (polishing step) with its high resolution and low nonspecific binding capacity. In the analysis step, BioPro IEX column (3 μm/5 μm) is used.
