YMC-Triart Bio C18

YMC-Triart Bio C18, which is a wide-pore column with organic/inorganic hybrid silica, is suitable for separation of peptides, proteins and oligonucleotides. YMC-Triart Bio C18 can be used to shorten the analysis time of compounds which are strongly retained on conventional C18 columns due to its low hydrophobicity. Its excellent durability enables it to be used at 90°C at pH 1-7, and 50°C at pH 7-12.
