This organic/inorganic hybrid silica based column with butyl functional group is a wide pore colume suitable for separation of proteins and oligonucleotides as well as separation of intact antibodies under high temperature. Its excellent durability makes analysis up to 90°C at pH 1-7, and 50°C at pH 7-10 possible. It is also compatible with LC-MS.
