Versatile hybrid-based material

YMC-Triart is based on novel organic/inorganic hybrid particles. The particles combine the high mechanical stability and high efficiency of silica-based packing materials with the high chemical stability of polymer-based packing materials. A granulation process utilizing microreactor technology enables continuous and highly controlled production of the hybrid particles. The particles have uniform pore size distributions and smooth surfaces, as well as uniform particle sizes. This feature greatly contributes to excellent peak shape and separation reproducibility.

 

Excellent chemical durability

YMC-Triart Prep materials are highly acid-proof at lower pH conditions and alkaline-proof at higher pH conditions. These features enable purification with a mobile phase containing TFA and cleaning with alkaline solution, which are often used for peptide and protein purification.
