Improved Sensitivity on Coordination Compounds Analysis

Metal coordination compounds which have phosphate group in their structure tend to show poor peak shape by interacting with metal, such as stainless steel column. In this nucleotides analysis, better peak shape was achieved with the metal free column. The metal free column is also effective for highly sensitive analysis using LC-MS.
