With a novel silica synthesis and state-of-art silane bonding, YMCbasic is a unique reversed-phase column designed for analysis of basic compounds with high resolution and excellent peak shape. The proprietary pore size and “neutral” silanol in YMCbasic material minimize interactions with both basic and acidic compounds. It is also useful for separation of peptides.
